This... Took a ridiculously long time to do, believe it or not. So I made a uniform shirt similar to the Gakuen Hetalia uniform made by Hidekaz Himaruya. Some of it is inaccurate, but it was to the best of my ability. The vest was the hardest part, as I had to mix it in to give it the illusion of it being the shirt, which took time and is something I still need to fix. I also had to manually color everything to ensure I had the white color needed. I altered the shape of the skirt slightly to give it a similar look to the Gakuen Uniform, as well as give the model nail polish and make socks by coloring a different layer. It took a few days, but the results were worth it.
