@.san Yes, this 'multiple hairs' effect is achieved by combining two specific textures. Rather than 'trompe l'œil,' I think it's more accurate to describe it as a detail enhancement part to represent hair more realistically, which is the proper use of textures. I registered the explanatory diagram as a reference image for this model, so please take a look.

@eye of Udjat Thanks for your reply, i think i understand it, in fact this effect of "multiples hairs" come from the texture that it has the details for it ? That actually a "trompe l'œil" ? Btw thanks for the explain

@.san Thank you for your question. 01 mit-san isn't actually creating many thin hair strands. In the original model, many thin hairs are represented by using different textures for each of the two layers of the hair 'base'. As a result, the polygon count is low, and the lag is minimal.   You will first download the free model created by 01 mit-san from BOOTH. Then, open the downloaded Vroid file in VRoid Studio. Select 'bangs' and choose one of the 'procedural groups 1' from the hair list. Open the editing window of the 'material' applied to 'procedural group 1'. Press the 'edit texture' button. You will enter the texture editing window. Since two layers are set as the base, export the lower layer as 'Layer 1' and the upper layer as 'Layer 2'. You can experience it by importing these two exported texture data (*.png files) into the two layers prepared for the hair 'base' of your model in the same order as the original. Can you understand this explanation?

i have a question but how the heck this model have only 50k polygones with all this hair and doesn't even lag a bit ?
