Exiled from the Osiran empire over her use of the mana arts in forbidden destructive capacities, Sandra Wiley Mettaton deduced the nature of the seismic destabilization of her world at approximately the same time as Empress Cleopari. As her study of the tremors continued, she discovered that the quakes were similar to the functions of standard battlefield manipulations. Armed with this knowledge, she secretly transported herself to Earth with the intentions of amplifying the art of seismic upheaval to the most extreme levels, not knowing the potentially fatal consequences of her research.
禁じられた破壊的能力でマナの術を使用したため、オシラン帝国から追放されたサンドラ・ワイリーメッタトンは、クレオパリ女帝とほぼ同時期に、自分の世界の地震による不安定化の本質を推理した。揺れの研究を続けるうちに、彼女はその揺れが標準的な戦場操作の機能に似ていることを発見した。この知識を得た彼女は、地震による激変を極限まで増幅させることを意図して、密かに地球へ向かった。

Sandra Mettaton in her battle gear. Its appearance was turned to black as a marking of her status as an outcast, with only the golden trim and belts of her skirt left untouched by the spell which cursed her armor. However, she otherwise retains her physical appearance including her natural dark skin and bright purple hair. Due to her stigmatic irises, she wears thick glasses to maintain a proper level of vision focus.
戦闘服姿のサンドラ・メタトン。鎧を呪った呪文によって、彼女の外見は黒く変色し、スカートの金色の縁取りとベルトだけがそのまま残されている。しかし、それ以外の外見は、生まれつきの黒い肌と明るい紫色の髪を保っている。虹彩が汚濁しているため、視力の集中力を保つために分厚い眼鏡をかけている。
