One of the side characters for the story. One of Sorashi's close friends in the OAS. A mature and caring girl that gets her assassination missions done in a flash with the help of her extremely sharp rapier and a pocket watch that slows down time to the point where it's almost completely stopped. She joined the OAS because of her experience as a sword fighter when she was a kid. Her father trained her all her early life to assassinate dangerous targets, and she succeeded with ease. She met Sorashi because the Syndicate Leader assigned a dangerous mission with her. Later on, they became close friends when Sorashi saved her during their escape.

Everyone in the OAS have pajamas used for sleeping. Each assassin have their own yukata with their color scheme. Since the Crimson Moths mainly work at night, they don't wake up until the afternoon during the next day. Tsukiko is usually the last one that falls asleep out of the three since she likes to gaze at the moon through the window.
