James Alex Lawrence was born in Conway, New Hampshire, in the United States on May 23rd, 1980. For much of his childhood, he lived in the countryside where he worked on the farmlands, and learned how to shoot guns. In 2003, James enlisted in the US Marine Corps, having come from a family with a military background. He was deployed to Iraq in the next year, where he would serve until 2007. In 2008, he received an honourable discharge, and he began working as a mechanic, and in 2013, he moved to Japan after making his cheating girlfriend disappear. He spent the first 2 years living in Japan's capital, Tokyo. There, he hooked up with a prostitute named Mino Ishido the night before he moved to the northern Japanese island of Hokkaido, more specifically, Otaru. In Otaru, James got a job as a mechanic at a small business owned by a Russian named Yakim Fyodorov. James would then open his own illegal gun business, in which he would receive illegal weaponry through contacts with shady dock workers from 5 different countries.
James is a mild-mannered guy, and sometimes strict. But he knows his weapons, and if his customers don't know how to operate the weapon they want to buy, he tells them how to use it.
