Dellinne Rokata is the daughter of Deven Rokata and a normal student at Hope's Peak High. She is known to be sarcastic, blunt, bossy, and mean. She's known to make her feelings clear that she does not play around and would often talk back against her peers and boss around Kai Makita, her cousin, as if he's a little boy. However, her bossy behavior led to her the conclusion that she can control almost anyone under her whim. Unfortunately for her, Kai managed to retaliate and tell her that she's the one with issues. Angry and furious, she charges towards Kai but he dodges, and Dellinne began to reek havoc among the public and taking on her villain title known as Blobette. Kai, as Calo, engaged battle with her while saving civilians, and Dellinne was subdued and arrested. She now waits to get her revenge
