She can fly and shoot green lasers & fireballs. But her appearance's color changed depending on what mood she's currently feeling. That unknown, yet super rare symptom is called Chromoanimotosis. Soosoi crashed landed to the Mushroom Kingdom in front of Princess Peach's Castle while Luigi was stargazing and was escorted inside the castle in the morning.
