You must use this filter to find downloadable characters, >> https://ibb.co/GF7Wj3D << , There are many avatars that cannot be downloaded publicly or privately. There are more than open downloadable avatars , so have to filter by yourself. I have a reason for not opening the download. And I have a reason to want to be open to the public. because i want to promote vtuber channel and this character is my character, And I won't reply to anything again. I assumed I answered clearly. :)
