説明
A neighbor and classmate of Ripple before her siblings died. Because of this he was frequently kidnapped and held hostage as bait. During one such incident was when Ripple's siblings died. When Tyler tried to fight and save them the enemy broke his knee and left both him and Ripple in a ditch with her sibling's bodies as it filled up with rain. Despite his broken knee Tyler dragged himself over to Ripple and pulled them both up to the road, slipping back down with Ripple multiple times. It was Ripple who told him when they slipped again to grab her brother's broach and use it. Doing so healed Tyler's knee and made him the new Seafoam. He still holds Wave's Necklace in confidence, waiting for someone worthy of it.
Ripple's friend, ally and a co-founder of Magical Rebellion, the organization responsible for deprogramming Magical Girls (and the rarer Magical Boys) and providing the retired with resources to function again in society.
