VEAT is a smartphone app that was just released on December 20th.
It seems that only the Japanese version is available at the moment.
There are preset songs, but since it's a PIXIV app, there shouldn't be any copyright issues.
Operation is very simple; all you have to do is switch avatars in the preset videos.
It also seems that you can customize the motion, background, and filters.😀
