Here's another elemental to add to my collection! :)
This is Neela Mizu.
She's a water elemental with the power to create and control water with ease.
She can use water as a weapon just like the other elementals can use their powers as a weapon - if needed.
She can also breathe underwater without any aid from anything.
One more elemental will soon show up here, Wind.
But in the meantime, check out Fire and Earth too!
