It's the bab (but in altered outfit)! So I used to watch MLP all the time and I have decided to make Fluttershy cause she is the gorgeous bab. I know in the show they were all super skinny, but the fandom has agreed that flutters would be a little thicker. XD
It took A LOT to do her hair, like so much time because I wanted to express her hair shape well but also make it fluid. I think I got it pretty close though. I also tried making those little cute hair that add more volume.
Definitely did some more painting in this one xD
