Maroko Wakaba is the adopted son of Suguru Kamoshida and younger brother of Kozana Wakaba. He is known to be nerdy, childish, clumsy, intelligent, a bookworm, a professional, and talented. Maroko was often picked on at school because of his nerdy behavior and suffers from depression and loneliness. Maroko was once falsely accused of a crime he did not commit, but pleaded as to what he should do so that he can be free from charges. The jury's response: spend 60 days in prison with a good behavior or plead guilty should he fail this test. Kamoshida, fat and overweight, was the only one who stood at Maroko's side and became a father figure for him, something Maroko always wanted as a child ever since he was dropped off at foster care when he was a baby. Maroko, who has potential power and uncontrolled properly, would soon find himself under the care of Kamoshida, where both grew a bond with each other that can never be broken. While his clumsiness can be out of hand and overbearing, Kamoshida accepts Maroko whole-heartedly, even when the tricks Maroko performs tends to get wonky whenever Kamoshida is needed as a lab rat.
