Vilmar is the strongest ghoul and Determined.
His abilities:
Lava or Magma Manipulation: The ability to control and generate molten lava or magma, using it for attacks or defense.
Explosion: The ability to cause explosive reactions, whether through physical force or elemental powers.
Unlimited Strength: An unparalleled level of physical strength that allows him to lift enormous weights and overpower most foes.
Rapid Regeneration: The ability to heal quickly from injuries, allowing him to recover almost instantly from wounds that would be fatal to others.
Supersonic speed + Hyper-teleportation(faster than the fastest car): Its speed is phenomenal, surpassing even the fastest vehicles, allowing it to escape any threat or attack before the enemy can react. Teleport to incredible distances in the blink of an eye, thus moving without apparent limits.
Enhanced Panther-like Senses: The ability to perceive his surroundings with the acute senses of a panther, including heightened vision, hearing, and smell.
DeathStare/King Superme Haki: Basically it's similar with the Haki of the Kings (One piece). Allows you to intimidate enemies, knock out the weakest and coat your blows to inflict colossal damage.
Observation Haki: Vilmar can perceive the future intentions and actions of his opponents using the Observation Haki, an ability that allows him to predict and react even before his enemy attacks.
Energy Recovery via Sunlight and Famine: The ability to absorb energy from sunlight, rejuvenating him, and also to sustain himself during starvation, possibly by feeding off negative or survival-driven energy.
Sharp Claws or Knives: The ability to use sharp weapons like knives or claws for combat, delivering deadly attacks.
Kagune (from Ken Kaneki): The manifestation of ghoulish appendages or tentacles, similar to the kagune from the "Tokyo Ghoul" series, which can be used for offensive or defensive combat.
Predatory Instincts: Enhanced survival instincts that make him a deadly hunter, able to detect danger and react quickly to threats.
Transformation into Feline or Black Panther: The ability to transform into a panther or similar feline form, gaining the traits and abilities of such creatures.
Elasticity and Flexibility: The ability to stretch or bend his body with incredible flexibility, making him difficult to pin down in combat.
Longevity: A lifespan that far exceeds that of an ordinary human, likely extending centuries or more.
Perception: A heightened awareness of his environment, allowing him to detect things that others might miss, such as traps or hidden enemies.
Boxing, Kickboxing, and Grappling: Mastery of various martial arts and fighting styles, particularly in hand-to-hand combat, allowing him to overpower opponents using strikes, kicks, and grapples.
