It's Ruby Rose from Rooster Teeth's RWBY. This was quite a challenge to make but I somehow managed to pull this off. Most of the credit goes to VRoid for the textures I edited over, credit goes to rhyspiecepeacefor the scarf, RainUnderMyEyes for the cape, and 人並なお店 for the belt texture I used as a base. This could use some improvements but I like the overall outcome. All feedback is appreciated as usual.
