Anna's killer, and Mafia legend, Drew Hazandar. His daughter, Tara Hazandar told him to attack Anna, and so he did. He's a cold blooded killer, with a heart of stone. He is also the dean of Northwilds College.

Oh Anna... How truly twisted fate has been. Revived into an ugly, disgusting mess. Rather fitting that the one rival to my daughter would become so hideous. Unfortunately, I'm afraid this is not the outcome I had intended. You were supposed to be dead. The world thinks you don't exist, and that your loved ones are deranged. I'd prefer to keep it that way. As for you, strange, horned woman, I expect you to leave whilst you still can, and perhaps get your unusual complexion studied. Those scales can't be natural, after all. As for those horns... I can't say I've ever seen a woman with horns before.
