Cullen is a mosquito bugfolk that lives on the run from his past. He lives as a vagabond aboard human trains and makes money by scamming people with the overpriced and questionable items he sells.
Despite this, he's still the best person to go to for information about other regions.

Cullen is a mosquito who sells questionable items to any unsuspecting bug who will listen to him. He is 'famous' for an elixer he invented made from human blood; which he claims can cure any ailment and extend your life span. Whether these claims are true is up for debate.
