@Veratai some of my avatars are done in toon shader but I find that, depending on where you use the avatar, shadows are missing (like LIV as an example). I started painting those avatars with shadows already on the texture, so they are static.
Poiyomi shader is the best but that shader usually just works on VRChat avatars. Don't think it would even work on vrm's or on the vroid hub site but haven't tried.
Problem with the standard shader is that it doesn't cull, so the backside of textures is not shown, but I solidify the mesh as a workaround.. 😊
