Tactical operations version of Kyla's scuba gear, worn over her police armor. The system is weighted more heavily than her civilian equipment, such that she is able to traverse the sea floor on foot and not have the displacement effects associated with her swimming fins. The supply pouches carry her utility provisions, while her backpack contains a recycling unit to process her exhalation waste for return to the breathing loop, allowing for the reuse of her air supply.
警察用アーマーの上から着用する、カイラのスキューバ装備の戦術作戦バージョン。海底を歩いて移動しても、水泳用フィンのような変位が生じないよう、民間装備よりも重くなっている。補給ポーチにはユーティリティを収納し、バックパックには呼吸ループに戻すための呼気廃棄物を処理するリサイクル・ユニットが入っている。
