A retired battle pilot from the Osiran air force, Blitz Skywalker was hired by Sandra Mettaton to provide aerial recon over the seismic influence project. He prefers to hover through the skies with his jetpack as opposed to piloting an enclosed aircraft.

Blitz Skywalker in his flight suit while hooked up to a jetpack. The utility apparatus on his waistline equalizes the oxygen pressure within his flight suit and breathing mask in relation to the surrounding air, while an impact-resistant helmet protects his head from the hazards of working at high altitude.
