She was the current CEO of the Shinozaki Institute after her father's death, who suddenly fell ill due to his worsening hereditary cancer.
But she always gets out of her comfortable boss's chair and prefers to go straight to the field to get the job done quicker.
Her leadership role was stern, where she would bark her orders to her subordinates, considering she had been serving as the JDSF's Elite Operator for 10 years as the squadron leader.
But despite that, she was decently intelligent by minimizing her violent tendencies and taking a gentle approach when solving the problem with tons of negotiation. Considering she doesn't want to make the same mistake 10 years ago.
PS: She was inspired by Scathach (Fate) and Vera (PGR). And I changed her hairstyle.
