He was the notorious interceptor police who was known for take everything to accomplish the aim. Even if it meant to sacrifice those who get on his way.
Despite that, he was very harsh to his newbies by countlessly trained them into the hellish training. But nonetheless, he also helping them to achieving his goal easier.
