Vesta is a Galaxy that wanted to experience an adventure and wished to become human. A god from another universe (Laume) granted that wish and abandoned their own Universe to live in the one with Vesta reincarnated in a human body to live with her and protect her. And oh boy does she need protection. Her chaotic nature is attracting and causing chaos every day, but also making it impossible to ever get bored around her. She is mortal and by all means human but acts invincible. She is also quite short (~138cm) but her voice is loud, you wont overlook her ;)
