An entity within the backrooms that appeared recently. She protects, and cares for unfortunate people who fall into the backrooms, offering them food, shelter, and protection from hostile entities. All survivors who have encountered The Caregiver claim her cooking was "Just like mom used to make." This implies she has some kind of mental link to those she cares for, and may pull recipes from the childhoods of those in her care. As to how she manages to replicate these foods 1-1 is a mystery, as well as how she manages to obtain the ingredients. She will also bring those who wish to leave to the nearest exit should they request it.

Despite her somewhat frightening appearance, she doesn't seem to have any intent to harm you... but you do wonder why she is pointing at a glitchy wall.
