老化や感染症などで失われた身体を補うために作られたGF-102生命維持装置およびGF-106B HYDRAULYC SYSTEM1.0をベースに開発された最新のボディ。新造に伴いE-Fluid System Gen.3に改称された。
シーリングされた人工皮膚の下には放射性熱源および電気転換機を動力源としたVIS-IRカメラ・AESAレーダー・中央コンピューターからなる制御装置、四肢や関節を駆動させるための電動アクチュエーター、大トルクが必要な場面で作動する油圧ユニットが収められている。これらの装置は非常に複雑で繊細であるため熟練した技術を持つ油圧機器メーカーである田川ハイドロリクスと共同で開発・製造されている。
外装パネルは炭素繊維と粉末をフレキシブル樹脂で包んでおり、しなやかさと耐摩耗性を両立させている。しかし、これらが持つ導電性のために金属部品が腐食を起こす可能性があるため、形成後に絶縁性のコーティングが施される。また接合部には電位差の少ない材料が使用される。
性能面においては新たな基軸を盛り込むことは避け、先代の設計を基に効率、信頼性、美観を向上させるための変更が行われている。また、中央コンピュータの通信・信号パターンが統合され、将来的な拡張を想定し電気的互換性が確保された。

These devices are so complex and delicate that they were developed and manufactured in collaboration with Tagawa Hydraulics, a highly skilled hydraulic equipment manufacturer.
The exterior panels are made of carbon fiber and powder encased in flexible resin, making them both supple and wear-resistant. However, the conductive nature of these materials may cause corrosion of metal parts, so an insulating coating is applied after formation. In addition, materials with low potential difference are used for the joints.
In terms of performance, the design is based on that of the previous generation, with modifications made to improve efficiency, reliability, and aesthetics, while avoiding the inclusion of new key elements. In addition, the communication and signal patterns of the central computer have been integrated to ensure electrical compatibility for future expansion.
