The three wise men kept telling Job that he must did something wrong to get the pain and suffering. but Job is blameless. But once they were done talking, with the three wise men still insisting that he did something, Elihu came in. Elihu was a young man. He saw the whole thing and did not like it one bit. In fact, he was angry. Anger that is like the Lord, because these wise men did not help the situation at all. He told them straight out, including Job, that the reason why Job is going through this is because God wants to make the person stronger. He rids the old, and creates the new. God wanted to prove Job he was blameless. And because Job did not course God even in his misery, he was blameless. And Elihu, with the spirit of God within him, said just that.
