I use two software programs to make it sparkle.
GIMP&Blender.
In simple terms,How to make it sparkle.
In GIMP I create a normal map.
In Blender I load the VRM.
And Then I change the shader to PBR.
Next I add a normal map and set it to metal.

Blenderで3Dモデル製作を夢見るも挫折…。
VRoidStudioは、3D知識必要とせず誰でもお手軽に3Dモデル製作が出来て良いですね。
使っていく内に
髪の毛の形とか胸の形とか体形とか
自由度の限界を感じることもありますが、
全く3Dモデルが製作出来ないゼロの状況から、
自分だけのオリジナルモデルを作る喜びを与えてくれた
VRoidStudioは、初心者にとって偉大なツールだと思います。


I tried to create a 3D model using Blender but failed...
VRoidStudio is great because anyone can easily create 3D models without needing any 3D knowledge.
As I use it,
I sometimes feel that there are limitations to the freedom I have with the shape of the hair, breasts, body, etc.
But VRoidStudio gave me the joy of creating my own original model, even though I couldn't create a 3D model at all, so I think it's a great tool for beginners.
