I tried to do a more elaborate dress using layered clothing. I couldn't tell you what type of fashion it's exactly but it's... Astra-like.
It created the hairband with procedural hair to make positioning easier (and perfectly parallel).
For this dress I was inspired by the manga Kin-iro Mosaic. Like Shinobu has "ideas" about Western clothes Astra has "ideas" about Earth dresses .

@crow Thanks for the comment, honestly I just designed what came to mind. I'm not a fashion specialist.
@Maskedfrenchie looks like a mixture of the classical style with some sort of "emo" fashion.
