Terms of Use – Full Rights Vroid Model (Exclusive to only one person please do not mind where it sAYS BUYER BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BUY IT i WILL GIVE IT TO YOU FOR FREE )
This Terms of Use (“Agreement”) applies to the VRoid model (“Model”) created by [Creator Name or Studio Name] (“Creator”) and purchased by (“Buyer”).
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Model, the Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Ownership and Rights
Upon full payment, all ownership rights, copyright, and commercial usage rights to the Model are transferred from the Creator to the Buyer.
The Buyer becomes the sole and exclusive owner of the Model and all related assets, including textures, meshes, and designs.
2. Rights Granted to Buyer
The Buyer has full and unrestricted rights to:
Use the Model for personal or commercial purposes (e.g., VTubing, streaming, merchandise, branding, or games).
Distribute, sell, or license the Model (edited or unedited) at their discretion.
Claim full authorship and representation rights of the Model.
3. Optional Credit (if desired)
Credit to the original Creator is not required but appreciated when reasonable.

4. Liability Disclaimer
The Model is provided “as is.” The Creator is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the Buyer’s use or modification of the Model.
The Buyer assumes full responsibility for how the Model is used, displayed, or distributed.
5. Finality of Transfer
Once ownership is transferred and payment is completed, the transaction is final and non-reversible.
No refunds or ownership disputes will be accepted after delivery.
