Julius Daimos: Julius is a villain driven by his obsession with cheating death and becoming immortal. He is a sadistic scientist who will stop at nothing to achieve his goal. He is known to be extremely intelligent and cunning, and he uses his knowledge to conduct experiments on unsuspecting victims. Julius takes pleasure in inflicting pain on others and has no regard for human life. He is a dangerous and unpredictable villain who should not be underestimated. In episode 1, he is the one who experimented on Skyler and her people, along with keeping her in his facility for further experiments and projects.
