八都 花美留 Wamito Yato Ver.001の ハロウィン（魔法使い服）Ver.
「”バットマンのアイコン衣装”←を着た女の子モデルの 1 つの vrm ファイルをダウンロードしたい」というリクエストは別のモデルであった為、期間限定DLを終了しました。
『絶対「注目のタグ」に載らない娘』として運用する予定でしたが、本来の実験は終えたので…まぁ、良しとしましょう。
「モデル登録者以外の利用」：「NG」

※2023/04/16(日)より「モデル登録者以外の利用をOK」としている全アバターに関して次の利用規約を適用します。
・利用規約は予告なく改変する場合があります。
・コンテンツあるいは発生した不利益に対して著作者はなんら責任を負いません。
・公序良俗に反する目的での使用や、特定の国、団体、個人への中傷目的での利用、名誉毀損、その他の法律に反する使用はできません。
・コンテンツ自体に政治的または宗教的もしくは反社会的なメッセージを持たせることは許可しません。
・暴力表現はモデル身体の切断、四肢欠損などの描写を禁止します。
・原型を留めない改変の域を逸脱したモデルの改変禁止（着せ替えや、髪や眼の色変更はOKです）
※ 違反者が現れた場合はその違反者が使用していたアバターを半永久的に「モデル登録者以外の利用をNG」に致します。
これら利用規約を厳守できる方のみダウンロードしてください。
「モデル登録者以外の利用」をOKとする比率を上げるかは手探り中の為、全アバターの「モデル登録者以外の利用」がNGとなっても元の運用に戻るだけですが…。

- The terms of use may be changed without notice.
- The copyright holder assumes no responsibility for any content or damages caused.
- Avatars may not be used for purposes that violate public order and morals, defame specific countries, organizations, or individuals, or are contrary to other laws.
- Avatars may not contain political, religious, or antisocial messages.
- Depictions of violence, such as severing of limbs, are prohibited.
- Prohibition of modification of the model that deviates from the range of modification that does not retain the original (change of clothes, hair and eye color change is OK)
* If a violator appears, the avatar used by the violator will be permanently banned from being used by anyone other than the model registrant.
Please download only if you can strictly abide by these terms of use.
I am still exploring whether to increase the percentage of "can be used by non-model registrants", so even if all avatars become "cannot be used by non-model registrants", I will just return to the original operation.
