Kell Makita, son of Xavier and Ruta Makita and freshman at Hope's Peak High, is a companion of Railo Cobroch and Pactbearer of Clemency. He is known to be emo-like, boorish, agile, swift, blunt, tough, and forgiving. Kell's abilities of both combat and skills are never to be underestimated. Though composed most of the time, he can get easily agitated and is not afraid to lay a finger on anyone who harms him or anyone unless within reason. He is, however, merciful and forgiving but can and will become cold and merciless should the situation call for it yet still forgiving. He is also antisocial and often keeps things to himself. After forging a pact with Clementia, the Monark of Clemency, he makes his way to stop the Pactbearer of Wrath, Cairo Dory, with the help of the main protagonist and Pactbearer of Vanity, Railo. Though at first, he can be seen cold-hearted and ruthless, but as time went on Kell already began expressing clemency and kindness when engaging with human conversations. Though he doesn't really talk that much and tends to mind his own business despite being in the middle of a conversation group. Nevertheless, he forged a strong bond with Railo that can never be broken, marking him as an official member of the HPC.
