A dark-skinned, half-beast alien humanoid with the ability to manipulate elemental essence through her practice of the mana arts, Capt. Nefersila Takumis takes a no-nonsense approach to both her personal life and her duties as a knight. Commonly referred to either by rank or her nickname of "Neffie," her close friendship with the Sigma family was a primary logical factor in the assignment of the 105th Tail Force to retrieve and disarm their compromised teleportation targeting prototype.

Nefersila in her police uniform. Following the resolution of the Sinistro case (and after giving birth to her first kittens), her husband Alan (and his sister Kyla) transfer to New York City with Nefersila following into service alongside them. She quickly becomes a force to be reckoned with compared to human officers within the NYPD by the nature of her mana arts, even respective to those who rely on bionic assistance to do the job (though even she is not immune to the bionic armor mandates owing to the fact that she lost her left leg in a freak accident during the course of her duties).
警察の制服姿のネフェルシラ。シニストロ事件の解決後（そして最初の子猫たちを出産した後）、夫のアラン（とその妹カイラ）がニューヨーク市へ転勤となり、ネフェルシラも彼らに続いて赴任し、共に勤務することになった。彼女のマナ術の性質上、NYPDの人間警官たちと比較しても、すぐに手強い存在となる。バイオニックの補助に頼って職務を遂行する者たちと比べても同様である（もっとも、彼女自身も職務中の不慮の事故で左足を失ったため、バイオニックアーマーの着用義務からは免除されていない）。
