UltraEdit-32, and it's very old software, although it works today too.
i'm not familiar with them, can i have the name of the hexadecimal editor you used?
Any hexadecimal editor that allows saving binary files without converting "00h" bytes to "20h" bytes (spacebars). Shoe version of the item - just wear it, and it will (at least for current version of VRoid Studio - 1.28.2) disable converting character's body Geometry to sock Geometry if you wear any Body Suit style after that (no matter how many Body Suits you put on that character). This one for lnstance has like different 6-8 Body Suit styles, and isn't the subject of sock-izing because of the advertized Hacked Item.

and i don't understand what needs to be done to the shoe-version of this item
