Where as Willowcat helps Coral out, Chibipup helps out Bumper. She is best known for winning pageant contests and earning lots of cash and crowns with her owner Foxy Makita, Codename: Foxy, a female, anthropomorphic cat with a cheerful yet random personality. However, she spotted Bumper after her second round of the pageant contest and got curious of him. So Chibipup decided to leave the mall (where the pageant was taking place) and follow Bumper to the Pink Palace, an apartment complex that he currently lives at. She then felt as if something wasn't right and began searching the situation as well as warning Bumper and helping him face the other world to rescue his friends. Sarcastic, random, wise, considerate, smart, intelligent, and capable of entering worlds and dimensions as she pleases, Chibipup is the Pomeranian not to be trifled. God will even allow her to speak in the human tongue, similar to Willowcat. She is currently staying with Bumper at the Pink Palace complex.
