Coming from a long line of high mages, and amazonian queens, Ella is one of the strongest both in terms of magical capabilities, and raw brute strength. She can easily lift an entire tree, and haul it over her shoulder as if it were no heavier than a roll of paper. She is very protective, and will put everything forward to defend those she loves. Not that it's very hard for her, as she's punched a grizzly square in the face for an instant knockout when one attacked her during one of her training hikes. She did, of course, heal the bear afterwards.
