Chelsea Garcia is a child of a famous successful boxer and is Capeix’s best friend. Chelsea also wants to be a boxer so she mostly will challenge her friends who are interested to a spare to see if she is is still strong enough to be like her mom, who has never lost a single match. Which is why Chelsea doesn’t want to fail. She is overprotective of Syuuka because she knows she is too nice but she is also vulnerable and people could trick Syuuka. She also has a feeling that she that someone will someday attack Zrapiland.
