T-Jay Winskey is a convicted pedophile and rapist who is sentenced to life in prison with no possibility of parole. He is known to be horny, sexual, lustful, creepy, dirty-minded, and ruthless. T-Jay was a deranged man known to force his way upon anyone he sees as an opportunity for sexual gratification, even if it means to physically and mentally torment them while also being cocky. Witnessing the bodies of the mutilated security guard and some of his inmate buddies, T-Jay reports this to the police and tells them of the situation before the lines were cut off by Scissorman. Fortunately, Police H.Q. manage to receive the call for help began to make their way to Prison Unit #3, where T-Jay was dormant. After managing to escape the prison from and making his way out alive, he sees the sirens and rushes towards the police. He then grabs the flare he pocketed and shoots it up in the sky, signaling the police and S.W.A.T. team. Upon their arrival, T-Jay was handcuffed with no hesitation, let alone resistance, and was questioned about what happened, to which he explained his side of the story of his survival. No further punishment was given to T-Jay thanks to his cooperation and was thus labeled as one of Scissorman's victims. After the case was closed, T-Jay was given a second chance in life and has changed his personality drastically. He became more selfless, cold, stern, blunt, still a bit creepy, and friendly. He also changed his full name, becoming known as Kuto Watasake.
