This character is a member of the Cryocrystallian Royal Court, having held the position since her friend, Hopespring, rose to power. Prior to this, Fransfuschia was only trying to thrive on Toontopia where she would constantly feel shy despite her gargantuan size. However, she soon fell in love with the President of Toontopia, Dogemon, and her demeanor shifted MASSIVELY. (Pun intended?)
