An ex assassin who has side with The Cells, a secret organization that works in the shadows to ensure a great evil doesn't arise. The orphanage that raised Blood and his little brother, Kaze, was really just a group of criminals using the orphanage a front in order to obtain kids as pawns to use as assassins. Back when he was an assassin he became know as blood stream because whenever he received a mission he would start a live stream that would only end when he assassinated his target. After joining The Cells and recusing Kaze and the other orphans he was told to chose a last name and he decided on the name Stream. Unlike all the other agents in The Cells where your agent name is a word that everyone associates you with his word just happens to also be his real first name.
