This is a design experiment I did to see if I could make a Sugar Glider character.

So, for those who don't already know I have sugar gliders as pets. Because of this, ever since I started vtubing my dream concept has always been a fantasy/RPG glider girl. Earlier this year I discovered tails had been added to VRoid so I thought I would try to finally make my dream concept and... it came out okay. There are some parts of this design I REALLY like, but there are other details that I kind of hate. For a design experiment I think this went well, but not to the point that I'm going to rebrand with this design.
Anyway, as for the name, since I had to name the character to have it go live, I decided to stick with the same naming convention I used for my gliders and give her a name in Japanese. Specifically I went with Yona (夜鳴), it basically means night bark/call. Sugar gliders are nocturnal, and they bark, so pretty fitting I think lol
