@hybrid_breather eyy thanks mate, for this one i made it from blender and then attached it in unity by putting it in the respective bone group
Also another way is to do it in vroid studio itself using hair and attaching it as well on unity because if you dont, itll sway with the head
You can check how to do it from a youtuber called 'Lady Aska', i learned fron her among other things
