A Monstadtian archer who became close friends with Venti without knowing he was the Anemo Archon.
She believed the similarity was simply a poet's tribute to the divine.
However, when Dvalin gets corrupted by the Abyss Order she finds out about Venti's true identity.
It was quite a shock, especially because the only given explanation was "Hehe".
She still chose to stick by her friend's side and help him out in a moment of need, and as thanks received a couple of the dragon's feathers and a specimen of his favourite flower, which she placed on her headband and carries around proudly...except when she is dragging her archon friend home when he is drunk.
