毎年同じ場所だけど紅葉見物散歩に行ってきましたｗ

That's right lol. In most shoujo manga, if characters get married, it's only in the finale lol. Ii Huuhu (Good Couple Day) was created because the number 11/22 can be read as Ii Huuhu (Good Couple) in Japanese, so it's probably hard for English-speaking countries to understand lol.

actually I’ve never heard of couples day 😯 I’ve never seen it on manga
either, probably because most of the stories I’ve read are not married couples 🤔
