Tactical operations version of Kyla's scuba gear, worn over her police armor. The system is weighted more heavily than her civilian equipment, such that she is able to traverse the sea floor on foot and not have the displacement effects associated with her swimming fins. The full-body harness maintains the safe positioning of her life support pack, which contains a recycling unit to process her exhalation waste for return to the breathing loop, allowing for the reuse of her air supply while supporting the pouches that carry her utility provisions which are secured to the waist strap.
警察用アーマーの上から着用する、カイラのスキューバ装備の戦術作戦バージョン。このシステムは民間装備よりも重く、海底を歩いて移動することができ、水泳用のフィンによる変位もない。全身に装着されたハーネスは、ライフサポート・パックの安全な位置決めを維持する。このライフサポート・パックには、呼吸ループに戻すために呼気廃棄物を処理するリサイクル・ユニットが内蔵されており、腰のストラップに固定されたユーティリティ用品を入れるポーチを支えながら、空気供給の再利用を可能にしている。
