this is her awakened form its basically her equivalent to stardust's zero form, it allows her to take the liquids she controls and allows her to control her blood making it a supercooled liquid , if desparate enough she can use it to make a projectile that is compressed
and expands and freezes on contact. she can use this technique with the water she controls but it is much weaker in comparison.
her attacks are much more deadly in this form and similarly to stardust's zero form it can freeze anything even its point in time that is required unlike that form she can freeze anything individually in addition to anything in a radius around her.
her abilities are far more deadly in this form
and seeing it could be a death sentence.
