上部の衛星にボーンとaim constraintを入れ(positive Y)、照準をhandの先1.6ｍに子接続したgameobjectに向くようにしてます
positive Yがunityだと上方向なので、下方向へのAIM演算が怪しくなって回転してるのかな？
