this is the nautilus form sometimes known as the sea form or the water form or fish form
it came to be when stardust's body went through a few changes via her water powers evolving
notable changes are fish-fin ears, sharper teeth, and sharper more predatory eyes, the first time she awakened this power she became timid self resentful and all around sad due to her change in appearance being what she views as monsterous after some encouraging words from her at the time boyfriend link " i will never see you as a monster no matter how you may view yourself."
she then learns that she has people around her that cares for her deeply and learns the true power inner beauty holds which allows her to use this form at her discretion
she becomes faster in water and can user her water powers to a higher level in this form but she barely ever uses it due to her still being a bit concious about how she looks, (in her husband's opinion he thinks she looks adorable in this form)
