The grand empress of the Osiran society, Cleopari Tutenso is a wise and benevolent leader to her people. Her ability to create mana portals for short durations allows for her to connect with other locations based entirely on her knowledge of the destination. However, when she uses this ability for the transport of a study expedition to planet Earth as part of evacuation planning, her intentions are completely upended just moments after the portal is closed - ultimately forcing the creation of a separate passage for her own safe transport amidst the implosion of the Osiran planet.
オシラン社会の大后であるクレオパリ・チューテンソは、民衆を導く聡明で慈悲深い指導者である。短期間だけマナ・ポータルを作る能力を持ち、目的地に関する知識だけで、他の場所に接続することができる。しかし、避難計画の一環として惑星地球への調査隊の輸送にこの能力を使用したところ、ポータルが閉じられた直後に彼女の意図は完全に裏切られ、最終的にオシラ星の崩壊の中で彼女自身が安全に移動するための別の通路を作らざるを得なくなった。

Cleopari in her scuba gear. Diving excursions are one of her favorite leisure activities, taking up large chunks of her free time when not attending to her imperial duties. The training, preparation and functional equivalence of Osiran diving equipment with its counterparts on Earth simplified the process of establishing parity with the existing skills certifications for both herself and the surviving expedition force.
スキューバ装備のクレオパリ。ダイビングは彼女のお気に入りの余暇活動のひとつであり、帝国の任務がないときは自由時間の大部分を割いている。オシランの潜水装備と地球上の装備の訓練、準備、機能的な同等性により、彼女自身と生き残った遠征部隊の両方にとって、既存の技能認定との同等性を確立するプロセスが簡素化された。
