The grand empress of the Osiran society, Cleopari Tutenso is a wise and benevolent leader to her people. Her ability to create mana portals for short durations allows for her to connect with other locations based entirely on her knowledge of the destination. However, when she uses this ability for the transport of a study expedition to planet Earth as part of evacuation planning, her intentions are completely upended just moments after the portal is closed - ultimately forcing the creation of a separate passage for her own safe transport amidst the implosion of the Osiran planet.
オシラン社会の大后であるクレオパリ・チューテンソは、民衆を導く聡明で慈悲深い指導者である。短期間だけマナ・ポータルを作る能力を持ち、目的地に関する知識だけで、他の場所に接続することができる。しかし、避難計画の一環として惑星地球への調査隊の輸送にこの能力を使用したところ、ポータルが閉じられた直後に彼女の意図は完全に裏切られ、最終的にオシラ星の崩壊の中で彼女自身が安全に移動するための別の通路を作らざるを得なくなった。

Cleopari in the traditional armor of the Osiran empress. Though it primarily serves a ceremonial purpose, it is nonetheless built to the same defensive standards used for the common population. This works to her advantage upon the invocation of preservation protocol amidst the planetary implosion, as she finds herself up against an armed fugitive almost immediately upon her arrival on Earth.
オシランの女帝の伝統的な鎧をまとったクレオパリ。主に儀式用だが、一般市民と同じ防御基準で作られている。このことは、惑星が崩壊する中、保全プロトコルが発動されたときに有利に働いた。彼女は地球に到着してすぐに武装した逃亡者と対峙することになるからだ。
